Jara’s Terpene Profiles

Our terpene profiles are our own blend of organic terpenes we use to enhance the desired effect. We have done extensive research on terpenes and the benefits they can provide. The terpene profiles we offer were originally made for a real person looking to manage real discomforts. Over the years, we have come up with seven profiles that have proven results. Now we have terpene profiles intended to support healing, sleep patterns, mood stability, digestive health, cognitive performance, and much more.

CO2 Whole Plant Hemp Extract

Our tinctures and capsules are made using hemp that is extracted at the ultra-cold temperatures using CO2. As a result, these cold temperatures preserve precious minor cannabinoids like CBG, CBC, THCv, and others. It is important to save these minor cannabinoids because they possess many beneficial properties. Aside from their individual benefits, cannabinoids work more efficiently when together. This process is referred to as “the entourage effect;” Like using more than one seasoning in the soup.

Similarly, the ultra-cold temperatures also preserve terpenes naturally in the plant. Terpenes are delicate, aromatic oils that can easily evaporate with minimal amounts of heat. These cold temperatures are crucial to preserve them. We do our best to save the naturally occurring terpenes to help with the entourage effect. The terpene profiles we have created work synergistically with these natural terpenes.

It all comes together…

Finally, the CO2 hemp oil and the terpene blend are combined with coconut oil. The tinctures use fractionated coconut oil (MCT). This liquid coconut oil is a medium chain triglyceride, or MCT. MCT’s are “good fats” and have been used to support healthy cholesterol, body weight, and blood sugar levels among many other things. The capsules use a 92-degree coconut oil. This means the coconut oil is solid up to 92-degress Fahrenheit. This oil provides most of the same health benefits as MCT and adds integrity to the capsules.
